02. MECHANISM OF ACTION
⚡ The Synergy

Minoxidil needs an enzyme (sulfotransferase) in the scalp to work. Tretinoin upregulates this enzyme, making the Minoxidil work stronger and faster.

05. FREQUENT QUESTIONS
How is this different from regular 5% minoxidil?
It contains 0.01% tretinoin which dramatically increases minoxidil absorption and turns "non-responders" into responders. It is also Propylene Glycol-free to reduce irritation.
Do I need to apply it twice a day?
No. Once daily at night (1 mL) is enough. Thanks to tretinoin, it provides equal or better results than twice-daily plain minoxidil.
Will I experience a shedding phase?
Yes, this is common in weeks 2–8. Minoxidil + Tretinoin push old, weak hairs out to make room for stronger ones. Shedding stops by week 8–10 and is a positive sign.
Is it safe for women and teenagers?
Yes, unlike formulas containing finasteride, Minasteroin Basic is designed for men, women, and teenagers (16+).
