Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged (leaked or spilled liquid) and the product's container is short of its contents due to damage that occured before delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, leaked, broken, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging (bottle, jar, or container) with any seals intact, unless the issue is damage or leakage.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Claims for damaged or leaked items must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the order, with clear photos/videos as proof.
- Change of mind, dislike of fragrance/texture, or personal preference is not a valid reason for return or refund.
Refunds
Once your return request is inspected and approved, we will notify you of the refund status.
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (or store credit, if preferred) within 5–10 business days after approval.
refund will not be issued if:
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fromnkbsolutions@gmail.com with photos for verification.
