2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via Email & WhatsApp.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel status.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel.
  • Customers must provide correct contact details to avoid delivery issues.
  • In case of refusal or repeated failed deliveries, future COD orders may be restricted.

6. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Courier service issues
  • Public holidays
  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances

NKB SOLUTIONS is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services but will assist in resolving issues where possible.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, additional charges may apply for re-dispatch.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect details may require advance payment for reshipping.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged parcel, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please share clear pictures of the parcel and product via WhatsApp or email.
  • We will review the case and respond according to our return policy.
