Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Estimated delivery times:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Remote Areas: 3–6 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly mentioned on the website.
4. Order Tracking
- After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via Email & WhatsApp.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel status.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel.
- Customers must provide correct contact details to avoid delivery issues.
- In case of refusal or repeated failed deliveries, future COD orders may be restricted.
6. Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Courier service issues
- Public holidays
- Natural events or unforeseen circumstances
NKB SOLUTIONS is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services but will assist in resolving issues where possible.
7. Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- If an incorrect address is provided, additional charges may apply for re-dispatch.
- Orders returned due to incorrect details may require advance payment for reshipping.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged parcel, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please share clear pictures of the parcel and product via WhatsApp or email.
- We will review the case and respond according to our return policy.
